About the Book

Names, Nations, and the New Testament explains in brief how the nations of the world arose from the sons of Noah, how they spread across the face of the whole earth, and why that should matter to you. These chapters discuss the history of all the people starting with the Table of Nations and continuing with language, DNA, culture, and records from around the world, including stories found worldwide that speak on the Genesis Tower of Babel event!

Names, Nations, and the New Testament is a book digging into the origins and history of mankind from Creation to Babel, Pentecost to the present, and connecting people across the globe as part of one family, one race, one blood. This is the story of the world, our ancestors, and you! If you want to learn more about the origins of all people and our common ancestry, this is the book to read.

The Story

This book has been a work in progress for a few years now, so many in fact that I often get the start date mixed up! But I am so glad I can share this journey with you.

It all began late in the summer of 2014 while I was reading Ezekiel 38. I pondered some of the names there, and they led me to Acts 2, which pointed me back to Genesis 10. I saw the connection between these passages, and I saw the need to share their importance with others. I saw a need for a book on Babel and the world, one that showed the path of mankind from Eden, to the Ark, to Babel, and into all the earth. I saw a need for a book that showed how we were all brothers and sisters of one blood, not evolved, and that we are loved by a Savior. Many have written books that grazed this subject, but I saw a need for something more. I found other books lacking in light of such a great need facing our world today. Thus, with my love for history, writing, and Scripture in hand, I began this book.

Now, after countless drafts, dozens of edits, and many painful rewrites, I am finally sharing my book with you! This book underwent multiple name changes. It exchanged names like the Babel Project and the Language Project, among others, but no more! I now present to you Names, Nations, and the New Testament. I am so excited and grateful to finally be sharing my work on a subject that is near and dear to my heart. My prayer is that it will be a blessing, an encouragement, and an interesting read.

If you want to learn more, check out some of my past posts that provide mini-updates on some of the chapters I wrote.

Here’s to writing and following callings!

Blessings to you and yours,
